This 31-year-old Nigerian woman had no idea what she was in for when she gave birth in February of that year. She can now tell her sons’ identical twins apart with ease. David and Daniel were born only a few minutes apart, although they are not related at all.
Albino, both of Stacy and Babajide’s children are black and reside in Lagos. Due to their striking differences in appearance, the adorable twins are constantly the focus of attention everywhere they go. David is stunningly white with pale skin and golden hair, in contrast to Daniel, who resembles his 5-year-old older sister Demilade and has dark complexion and black curly hair.

Everyone was totally unprepared for the twins’ birth on February 26 of last year.
Because we were ignorant of their differences when I was pregnant and the scan did not show such, it was a huge surprise and the most amazing moment when the first twin, Daniel, had black hair and the second twin, David, had gold hair. Since I obtained them through CS, the doctors informed me that “it seems you are having totally unidentical twins.” Three-parent family Stacy said: “Nurses started coming out to look at them before I knew it.
The twins could readily be distinguished from one another since one was black and the other was white.
Stacy shared with us her husband’s heartfelt response to this turn of events.
Due to his immediate nicknaming of My Twin 2 (David) as “Golden,” their father was so ecstatic that he now refers to him as Mr. Golden. He welcomed his boys with joy. He stared at them for more than 10 minutes, claiming that he was only appreciating God’s exquisite handiwork and that they were the greatest gift ever.
Only one in 20,000 babies are born with albinism, making David’s situation incredibly rare.

David has gorgeous golden hair and an eerily pale skin due to oculocutaneous albinism. Thankfully, Stacy reports that David is in very good health.

David is a watcher, but Daniel speaks more freely. They are both very curious people. They are both quite spirited. David is a picky eater, but Daniel adores eating. David chooses his moments, although Daniel is also highly entertaining.
